SHIPPING FAQ
International Shipping:
Kiwitreasure.com offers three services for international orders. We offer airmail, economy express and express. The international express service is via DHL Courier. The times for each of these shipping services are laid out below. The shipping times are based on when the order has left our warehouse in New Zealand. We will confirm your order has shipped via email.

*Note. The above times do not take into consideration any delays which may happen during the customs clearance process in your country. If your item is delayed by customs then please allow a few days for your package to clear. Although we find delays in customs to be a rare event, it is something that we cannot control.
Duties and taxes which are imposed by your customs are payable by the receiver.
Airmail to International Destinations. This is the service which is most commonly used here at Kiwitreasure.com. We insure each parcel which is shipped via airmail automatically. This is at no extra cost to you.
Express Service, this service is available at an extra cost, for those customs who need items is a short time. We cannot use the express service for delivery to PO Boxes. Insurance is also added at no extra cost.
Shipping Costs:If you wish to calculate the shipping charges of your order before processing your order you need to add the item you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Once in your shopping cart you can click on the "Estimate Shipping" link, this is located above the Cart total. A box will be diaplyed which you can enter your country in and click calculate to get the shipping options and cost to you destination.
New Zealand Delivery:
For all New Zealand delvieries there is one charge of NZ$6.00
