Marsden Flower Greenstone Teardrop Pendant

Teardrop pendant also known as a roimata to the Maori of New Zealand. The teardrop represents the flow of positive energy, healing and comfort. Teardrop pendants are generally regarded as touchstones, ideal for meditation. They also represent a connection to the land.

Size: The pendant measures 60mm (2.4 inch) long.

This teardrop was hand carved in the canterbury region of the south of the south island of New Zealand by Poutini Ngai Tahu artist.

Marsden Flower Pounamu / Greenstone also know as Rau Karaka Stone is found in the Marsden region on the west coast of the south island and is named because of it's fantastic colours and gradients from yellow to dark green, which give it the appearance of a flower.

The pendant comes with a meaning card and velvet pouch.
