Koruru Wood Pendant. The pendant is carved and stained and comes on a leather thong.
The pendant measures 45mm (1 3/4 inches) tall and 28mm (1 inch) tall.
Koruru
In Maori carvings, there are traditionally 4 types of carved heads. There is the human head, the ruru, the Wheku and this one the Koruru. Each type can be told apart by the shape and the eye detail.
